WHAT'S THE BENEFIT INC. was founded by Nicco, Paul and Molly in 2009. We produce theatrical and fine art events which give actors, musicians, designers and other artists the opportunity to develop their skills and showcase their talents in an otherwise over-saturated market. The material produced for each event highlights a specific charitable cause that benefits financially and/or gains awareness through the presentation of the artists’ work.
As its budget and influence expands, WHAT'S THE BENEFIT INC. aims to expand its philanthropic endeavors to underprivileged communities and developing countries. Through the introduction of theatrical and fine arts, many people will find opportunities for connection and creative expression that were previously unavailable due to a lack of funds and education.
WHAT'S THE BENEFIT INC. endeavors to operate with persistence and integrity in fulfilling it’s mission statement, while finding new and innovative ways to inspire the artistic community and generate funding.
We are an Educational, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and are registered with the New York State Charities Bureau.

Ode, Arthur O'Shaughnessy
Paul Daniel Cloeter has a varied background in the arts, holding a Masters degree in Performance from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and a B.A. in Psychology and Drama from Concordia University, Nebraska. He began training as a classical pianist at the age of 5 and has taught at the UK Theatre School, Glasgow Academy of Musical Theatre Arts, Lynn Millar Dance Academy and for the RSAMD Youthworks Drama program. He is a member of Actor’s Equity Association of America and has worked as a singer and actor in the UK, Ireland and USA.
Molly C. Blau, born and bred in Scranton, Pennsylvania, graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama. While there, she trained as an actor at the Atlantic Theatre Acting School. She began her entrepreneurship in the arts as producer of an NYU thesis film. Since graduating, Molly has been building a career as actor, writer and musician in New York. She is very proud to be a part of What’s The Beneift? inc., a company that provides her with the thrilling opportunity to pursue diverse creative endeavors. She’s especially excited to have a big impact with charitable causes, while creating something very special for the public in each of the company’s productions.
